this is my motion piece from term two.
i finished it on sunday. i was up all night. but it was worth it.

under construction

i’ve just recently started to post on my blog.
but i’m still not happy with it.
it’s missing a few things.
and i don’t like how my robot gets pushed to the bottom.

i need to fix things. i haven’t yet.
partly because i’m busy.
i want to learn how to put my videos on.
all my things are from 2D i’ve realized. not much fun cause that’s what i’m used to.

also. i think i’m going to post some of my older stuff.
but only the older stuff i like.

my over christmas break i will accomplish some of these things.

snowboard designs

for 2D graphics we needed to to design the top and bottom of a snowboard.
i’ve never snowboarded. so i did some research looking up boards on the net.

i didn’t like many of them.

in class we were learning about brushes. i’ve never used them. so i decided to quit playing it safe.

i wanted my board to be more realistic than the work i normally produce.
i also wanted it to be pretty.

i don’t know why i chose the dandelion. but i think it works.
and apparently the “airy-ness” of the dandelion is metaphor with the “airy-ness” of boarding.
i dont know about that.

i did a few different versions. colour. imagery.
i can never make up my mind.
i like them all.

this is my final that i handed it.
i like the colours.
and i like it because it’s fluffy.

character design

this is the character i created for my 2D graphics class.
he was inspired by my little dog at home.

i miss her.

they are nothing alike though. besides the fact that they are both cheeky.

you’ll see what i mean once i put the animation of him i created.
it’s cute.

t-shirt design for 2D graphics

we had to do a t-shirt design for our 2D graphics class.
in our last class we are going to iron them on to tshirts. it will be fun i think.

i decided to create my own custom bambi shirt.
i haven’t chosen a colour yet. i like them all.
but for the iron on i’ll probably choose the pink.

it’s fun.

also, i like the designs with text.

why is there spell check in the content and not in the title?

what a weird word.

i am not in the greatest of moods. This blog construction has driven me crazy. I am glad it is the last thing i have to do this term.

with the exception of Babak’s essay. Ugh.

i don’t believe that it’s already the end of term one, soon-to-be term 2.

time flies when your having fun.

at the rate i’m going, i’ll turn around tomorrow and it will be august already.

which is good i guess.

but it always sucks to make friends. and then leave them.

and we are from all over the place.

losing touch sucks. but it is normal. and you find out who your friends are.

i wonder who i’ll still be in contact with in 5 years.
